These terms apply to the free Parsewell browser tool and any custom data-rescue service agreed with us.

Free browser tool

You may use the free tool for lawful personal or business purposes. It is provided without a guarantee that every input will be interpreted correctly. Review exported data before relying on it.

Your data and responsibilities

You must have the right to use any information you enter or send to us. Do not use Parsewell for unlawful, harmful, or unauthorised processing of personal data. You are responsible for checking the accuracy and suitability of all results.

Custom data-rescue service

The scope, price, delivery target, and input format are confirmed before payment. Work begins only after payment through an authorised payment link. Unless otherwise agreed, the fixed-scope offer covers one recurring input-to-output transformation, up to twelve output fields, JSON and CSV test output, and one revision.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep Parsewell available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or decisions made without checking the tool's output.
