Privacy policy

Parsewell is designed to minimise data collection. The free parser works locally in your browser: the text you paste into the tool is not sent to us or stored by us.

Information we may receive

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any files or information you choose to provide. Do not send confidential customer data until we have agreed a safe way to handle it.

Our hosting provider may process ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and security logs to operate and protect the website.

Payments

When payments are enabled, they will be processed by Stripe. Parsewell will not receive or store your complete card number. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy policy.

How we use information

We use information only to answer enquiries, provide requested custom services, maintain the site, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and your choices

We retain correspondence and service records only for as long as reasonably necessary for the service, accounting, dispute prevention, and legal compliance. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us, subject to records we must legally retain.
